Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will join the Sales Department and are responsible for our incoming leads.

As the first contact in the strategic understanding of the need of our prospects with great potential, you are involved at the beginning of the cycle of sale to establish and develop strong relationships with all kinds of companies.
  • You lead prospecting campaigns by e-mail and by phone in order to detect new opportunities.
  • You qualify the need and feed our pipeline by scheduling new appointments for our Business Developers.
  • You get in touch and commit our prospects by presenting our company and positioning your speech on an approach of advice in their need for recruitment.
  • You stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricings and you report to the Inside Sales Manager on activities and sales results.

  • You ideally have a first commercial experience (internship included) and you may already have some nice stories to tell us!
  • You have a "hunting" mind and a strong taste for commercial development, you are combative, result-oriented, you have a taste for challenge: you are looking for a formative opportunity and have enough energy to reach and even exceed your objectives!
  • You are a good communicator, you like to convince, and you know how to show empathy: a must to engage our prospects.
  • You are metrics-oriented and know how to be rigorous in CRM reporting.
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, you know how to be independent and you are able to make innovative proposals.
  • German is your mother language and you are fully fluent in English (French is a plus!)
