Job Description

We are looking for a data-driven ABM Specialist with experience in designing and implementing ABM initiatives. Key activities include account intelligence gathering, executing campaigns that target net new strategic accounts, measuring results and managing internal comms for the team. This role will be part of the Demand Generation team and will collaborate closely with other Marketing and Sales teams.

As an ABM Specialist, you will

  • Support the ABM Managers in NA and EMEA to execute the end-to-end full-funnel ABM strategy for their regions.
  • Work with the digital teams to plan, manage, and improve multi-channel ABM and paid media campaigns/experiments.
  • Partner with the content teams to provide campaign customization and create personalized landing pages for ABM accounts (using Pathfactory)
  • Collaborate with Demand Gen, Product Marketing and Field Marketing to align ABM campaigns with other ongoing online/offline initiatives, and report back on outcomes.
  • Work with the customer marketing and field marketing teams to ensure there is a library of case studies / testimonials that can be used within campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with business development reps and operations to make sure that key contacts and insights for the accounts are added to SFDC
  • Manage and execute internal comms for the ABM team including the intranet site (Allego) and newsletter
  • Support the ABM Managers in NA and EMEA and work with the Operations team to measure and report on campaign performance ensuring demand generation and sales goals are met.
  • Gather best practices from the Field that deliver optimal results to improve ABM success for Nexthink moving forward
  • Optimize ABM campaign funnel conversion rates and acquisition/activation costs.


  • Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • 2+ years of hands-on ABM or demand generation experience, ideally in B2B SaaS marketing or enterprise software.
  • Experience with leveraging data and insights in the development of marketing plans aligned to account strategies
  • Strong knowledge of campaign optimization practices to maximize ROI
  • Familiarity and comfort with tools within the marketing stack (such as Marketo, Salesforce, Drift, 6Sense, Pathfactory)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Curiosity, self-drive and an appetite for learning quickly
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Detail oriented and results-driven

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, where change is constant and flexibility is key
