WeTransfer Advertising is hiring for an Senior Advertising Sales Director to join the team at a significant time for our business. This role will accelerate our ambition for France, one of our largest growth markets, along with other regional opportunities.
This will be our third position on the ground in this market for WeTransfer Advertising and as such we expect the successful candidate to play a crucial role in the implementation and impact of our growth strategy throughout 2023 and beyond, as well as growing a local presence.
You will be looked at as the primary business owner in your given book of business, reporting on client and industry insights to key leadership team members.

What you will be doing:
Identify, qualify and close business opportunities across leading and emerging sets of target clients and media agencies
Evangelize WeTransfer Advertising with key stakeholders, ensuring excellent understanding of our unique proposition and beloved brand
Create, own, and execute the strategic approach for each account in the assigned book of business with the intent to simultaneously unlock and elevate each relationship
Own pipeline and accurate opportunity analysis to support forecasting and planning
Collaborate closely with account management and ad operation teams to drive business results, optimize campaign performance and deliver superior client service
Uncover market insights within the account list, synthesize and deliver client feedback to shape our business
Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies
What you bring to the table
8+ years of experience in a similar role where you were leading and securing successful pitches and creating lasting commercial relationships with brands
Accurate pipeline management; proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
A deep understanding of the media landscape and proactively pursues opportunities for WeTransfer Advertising in the market
An independently motivated contributor, delivering on strategic business growth objectives across large portfolio brands and holding companies
Strong existing relationships with top marketing decision makers for brands and their agencies
An appetite for learning, prospecting and closing
Fluent in French and English
