Supply Excellence Team Lead

We are looking for a passionate and talented manager to join Supply Excellence and lead the Destination Excellence Team to take it to the next level. Up for the challenge? Read on. 

Team Mission 

The Destination Excellence Team is a business operations team in Supply composed of Project Managers and Coordinators responsible for working towards high quality and performing destinations. The team works cross-functionally with other departments (Merchandise, Product, Marketing, etc) and with our local teams to drive and implement key strategic initiatives to top destinations.

What will you be responsible for?

• Create a vision and roadmap for Destination Excellence and rally the team and stakeholders behind it
• Enable the team to successfully lead their projects and achieve their targets while supporting them in their learning and development
• Define the team OKRs and priorities, distribute ownership across the team and ensure execution
• Ensure close collaboration with your stakeholders to facilitate alignment on the priorities, deliverables and working mode
• Set a culture of excellence, innovation and high performance in alignment with the company values

Who are you?

• You have 2+  years of experience managing high performance teams in a similar environment and a strong passion for people management 
• You have 4+ years of experience in project management, consulting or business operations roles
• You excel at managing projects across teams and managing stakeholders
• You have proven experience with scaling teams and optimizing processes in a fast growing environment, preferably e-commerce
• You have good analytical skills and mindset to generate insights and measure the impact of initiatives
• You have strong business acumen to define priorities to create the right focus for the team
