Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Support Coordinator to work closely with our North America Sales VP and Regional Team. From day one, this person will have an immediate impact on our productivity by improving operational efficiency, leveraging broad business experience and expertise in sales and sales operations management, to align all aspects of the day-to-day operations with business goals and objectives. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop good understanding of sales forecasting and assist in generation of basic SFDC reports;
  • Fiercely protect time! Free Sales VPs and Sales Managers of all time-consuming, non-revenue generating actions and tasks;
  • Attend and collate actions from regional meetings, events and forecast calls as appropriate;
  • Provide a single point of contact for regional Sales division; Build bridges, not barriers;
  • Assist with forecast and pipeline cadence ensure accurate and timely follow up and  reporting;
  • Manage VP and Sales Management schedules, ensuring effective and detailed agenda with business-critical prioritization of all appointments, calls, travel and events;
  • Assess and advise on regional improvements and ensure successful implementation of processes;
  • Communicate appropriately, professionally and effectively cross-level internally and externally;
  • Track, manage and report on regional Sales expenditure, including Sales meetings, events, calendar and Sales team travel;
  • Act as logistics and facilitation for all customer facing executive meetings, regional QBRs, management meetings;

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree preferred. 
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint & Excel in addition to MS Suite.
  • Effective skills within collaboration tools i.e Zoom, Microsoft Teams, One Drive, Share Point.
  • Enterprise Software Sales Acumen.
  • Must be Detail oriented.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure
  • Must be able to come up with creative solutions autonomously.
