Following the tremendous success of Featurespace, our team is expanding globally, and we have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst / Technical Project Manager in our Singapore office.

The successful candidate will join a vibrant and growing team in the APAC region at an exciting time in their development, as the company continues it’s impressive growth.

The Business Analyst / Technical Project Manager role is a new and exciting hybrid role on our global Delivery team that will be responsible for the elicitation of customer journeys and the capture of requirements during customer project implementations, to ensure that they are reflected within our tailored ARIC solutions.

The role will involve building a strong relationship of trust with the customer to support them through their delivery, including with all aspects of their deliverables, and rollout of ARIC; understanding their project and transitioning into a BAU role. Providing best practice and recommendations for internal processes, e.g. installation process, kick off, and workshop structure, you will empower and lead a team of Delivery consultants to ensure the project’s success, focussing on delivering successful projects in the shortest possible time frame.

 

Day to Day

  • Working directly with customers (internal and external) during a project delivery to gain detailed understanding of the customer, system, process, and data – leading workshops and ensuring that their requirements are fully extracted, captured, and understood by the Featurespace internal delivery teams, and incorporated to deliver an optimal ARIC solution
  • Responsible for creating functional solution design, requirements traceability matrix, user and process flow documentation
  • Building a strong technical and product understanding of the ARIC platform and using this to guide customers in how the platform configurations can be tailored to suit their needs
  • Communicating with internal/external customers providing feedback and recommendations back to business stakeholders (SME’s/Product Management/Marketing/Delivery)
  • Partaking in and contributing to product development working groups, working alongside SMEs, product and UI teams to represent the customer desires/wishes and identify opportunities to design features that improve the platform offering
  • Support project delivery teams to land projects successfully
  • Providing strong business analysis, process, and technical understanding to the team
  • Understand the commercial proposition and influence the scope of delivery
  • Execution of medium-sized strategic projects, or lead the implementation of key internal initiatives within Featurespace
  • Define and manage project scope, plans, dependencies and the timelines and critical path
  • Identify and proactively manage stakeholders (both internal and external)
  • Ensure proper risk and issue resolution throughout the projects life cycle
  • Maintain standard business implementation organisational structures, team structures, work breakdown structures, work planning, issue logs, decision logs, change control and executive reports
  • Support the delivery of a successful ARIC implementation project including helping our customers to prepare for a successful project
  • Support our customers throughout the life cycle of an ARIC deployment, from scoping through to handing over to post-live support and maintenance
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer for our customers (Delivering projects at Featurespace, ARIC product features, roadmap, ML & ARIC best practice) through workshops and meetings
  • Provide direct input to customised demos, workshops and scoping sessions as part of the project delivery
  • Work with the customer to define and manage detailed scope, delivery strategy, success criteria and implementation plans – ensuring that scope in SoW is kept on track and is in line with client expectations
  • Coordinate cross-functional tasks between various internal and external areas to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Communicate project status to all internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide clear visibility and regular reporting of project status and key priorities via executive dashboards that include: project timelines, milestone tracking, risk/issue identification
  • Effectively manage communication with all stakeholders

About you

Must haves:

  • Experience of delivering large software implementation projects
  • Strong understanding of business analysis techniques and project delivery methodologies
  • Must possess the capability to understand, elicit, and capture detailed technical and functional requirements and communicate these at a level appropriate to the audience
  • Proven ability to engage with different roles within the internal business such as sales, SME, technical and implementations as well as external customers
  • Willingness to get stuck in and support your fellow Product Delivery team members and Featurespace colleagues
  • Strong project management and organisation skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Background or interest in fraud and financial crime
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and English language skills are required
