About the role and about You:

Are you a system-savvy problem solver? Do you like technology, but also enjoy collaborating with teams of people to define strategies and launch successful products?

Wearing multiple hats on any given day, you will be challenged with projects focusing on learning & development, technical writing, system automation, and process definition while working with leaders across multiple departments, both internal and external. As you get further into the internship, you’ll be challenged to work both on your own and in teams. Our end goal is to get you comfortable with choosing your own projects based on team/department priorities and deadlines.

Community Support has the following Intern positions available:

  • Learning & Development
  • Systems Manager
  • Technical Writing
  • Vendor Operations

 What you’ll do:

  • Opportunity to present and facilitate planning sessions with Zwift leadership to drive change and improve the member experience – ability run a project from start to finish during 12 week cycle
  • Expand your knowledge of a process definition and documentation with feedback provided by experienced team members
  • Aiding in the adoption of change management at a global level
  • Participate in company and department meetings, engage in professional development opportunities, and consult with a designated mentor on progress and challenges.

 What we’re looking for:

  • Attending accredited degree-granting college or university pursuing an undergraduate degree, preferably either a junior or senior standing.
  • A collaborative style and motivated by supporting and helping others do their best work
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written) with the ability to work across a diverse global team
  • High-level of attention to detail and pride in your work.
  • An individual with an inquisitive nature who is able to comprehend emerging technology quickly (we leverage the latest and greatest tech to improve the user experience).
  • Strong MS Excel skills with experience with Google Sheets, Slides and Docs (or MS equivalent)

 Bonus points:

  • Experience in customer service, technical troubleshooting, cycling, and/or video games.
  • Experience working remotely on both independent and cooperative projects.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Json, or SaaS based solutions
