Salesforce Administrator
Featurespace are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our Commercial team, to be based in either our Cambridge or London offices.
As a Salesforce Administrator at Featurespace you will help us protect customers around the world from financial fraud and risk by ensuring the day-to-day functioning and long-term strategic suitability of the full range of technological solutions in play with the Commercial team.
Day to Day
- Improve user experience, solve technical issues, invent creative solutions, and ensure data cleanliness and data accuracy across the stack of sales technology
- Design, develop, test, release, and maintain complex workflows rules, validation rules, formulas, custom workflow, process builder, page layouts, custom fields/objects, and other customisations
- Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customisations that meet business requirements
- Streamline and improve business practices (including tools, templates and processes) to increase efficiency
- Identify and make recommendations for process improvements and report automation; assist or drive implementation
- Support the provision of regular and ad hoc reporting for Commercial leadership on opportunities, territories, lead generation, sales activity, and sales performance
- Provide subject matter expertise in the development of sales process & platform training through Docebo and F2F onboarding sessions
- Ensure organisational design is appropriately reflected in all appropriate sales tools
- Optimise the lead generation and allocation process
- Assist senior commercial management as required
- Provide input and help automate marketing processes
