We are now searching for an Employee Onboarding Working Student to coordinate the first days of our employees. In this part-time role, you will report to our Talent and Development Team Lead and you will enable a seamless onboarding journey across all teams.

Responsibilities 

  • Organize the first days of GetYourGuide employees across all teams, including gathering necessary information, crafting emails and scheduling events
  • Be the point of contact for new employees with regards to their onboarding
  • Coordinate communication between different People Team members, hiring managers and new joiners
  • Support with arranging onboarding learning materials for new hires
  • Assist with reporting on onboarding results
  • Support with facilitating the Launch Day - the first day of the new hire 

Your Profile 

  • You are a student in a Bachelors or Masters Program 
  • You take pride in the quality of your work and have strong attention to detail
  • You are well organized and willing to work independently
  • You are a friendly and positive communicator with the ability to build enthusiasm, and have a great command of English language
  • You are eager to provide improvement ideas and learn on the fly
  • Ideally, you have experience coordinating projects, schedules, facilities, and stakeholders
  • You must be a registered student and have an eligible work permit for Germany to be considered for this position
