Role Description:
Reporting to the HR Director and working with a team of 3 Senior Talent Acquisition Experts, you will be responsible for hiring across all areas of the business. 


Essential Skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ recruitment experience (Ideally in Agency/Sales environment looking to move in house)
  • Must be able to headhunt using social media channels, such as LinkedIn
  • Full understanding of the LinkedIn
  • Ability to construct detailed specifications with senior stakeholders with in the business
  • Excellent telephone screening skills, with ability to qualify potential candidates via phone
  • Experience in interviewing candidates and qualify thier skill sets against our positions 
  • Strong closing skills
  • Strong verbal/written English skills is essential
  • Strong stakeholder management skills dealing with managers across jurisdictions
  • Experience with ATS systems ideally Taleo or other known ATS systems 
  • Abitiy to manage multiple roles at one time
