The Learning & Development Crew is on a mission to transform Jellysmack employees' learning experience. By providing tailored and cutting-edge programs to our Jellysmackers, we support their growth and help them discover and unlock their full potential from the day they join us and during their whole career.

This never-ending always-evolving learning journey starts with our weekly onboarding, and aims to extend through various programs delivered under blended learning paths and digital certifications.

In a global environment, Jellysmack is hiring a Learning Designer dedicated to supporting the Learning and Development Crew in creating and maintaining our content library for our employees. The goal is to facilitate Jellysmackers in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and creative way.

The Learning Designer will be responsible for developing, enhancing and maintaining internal training materials in English for a global audience. This person is passionate about employee learning, has an art for making complex topics simple to digest, and wants to evolve in the digital learning world.

What they will be doing:

  • Build and Maintain our Content Library
    • Create job aids, guides, training, and tutorials on internal tools (our whole global stack)
    • Provide exercises, activities, quizzes, role plays, etc. that enhance the learning experience
    • Document and maintain our tools and process knowledge base on Notion
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop content
  • Project Management
    • Assist in the development of internal tools implementation and documentation
    • Organize and author content to speak to our global audience
    • Gather the raw materials for the learning content and strategize with SMEs on what content to include
  • Support the L&D Crew
    • Assist in various learning design projects

Requirements

Experience Required

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in learning/instructional design using various authoring tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Captivate, Camtasia, Articulate 360, Kahoot, …)
  • 100% bilingual English is required. French is a plus.
  • Experience and awareness of e-learning and digital design best practices
  • Strong Saas implementation skills
  • Proficiency in Notion is a huge plus!
  • Degree in Digital Learning, Learning Technologies, Educational Design or equally creative position (experience matters more than diplomas)
