Job Description

As a Group Product Manager, your role is to build next-generation products that thousands of companies worldwide will use to improve the digital experience of millions of employees. Our search focuses on finding independent, driven, and highly motivated Group Product Managers ready to get things done, lead a small team and create an impact. We will adapt the seniority level and responsibilities based on each candidate's experience.

Your mission will be to:

  • Build and improve our next-generation cloud platform by providing a world-class experience to our users through the entire lifecycle from the initial onboarding to the deployment, configuration, and daily operation.
  • You oversee, for example, the aspects of licensing, user, and API management. Moreover, you prioritize the development of some of the critical platform services that empower other product teams to develop faster and more efficiently.
  • You mentor and coach a small team of product managers and infuse the organization with the best practices and previous learnings.
  • You work closely with the engineering leadership to develop a vision and a roadmap that maximizes the value for our end-user and aligns with the company strategy.
  • You like to be hands-on and are not scared to get your hand dirty, and you keep a couple of projects under your direct ownership.
  • You follow our competitors and keep up to date with the industry.
  • You engage with customers to deeply understand how Nexthink is helping large organizations to improve the digital employee experience.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience as a senior or principal product manager
  • Experience to mentor or to lead a small team of product manager
  • Experience working in a software company managing a SaaS/cloud platform and working within a development team and being responsible for the value created.
  • Good knowledge of agile development/frameworks.
  • Proven ability to drive complex projects with minimal oversight, delivering results incrementally and pragmatically.
  • You are passionate about solving challenging real-life problems.
  • You are enthusiastic about working in an international, collaborative, and fast-paced environment and learning new technologies.
  • Previous experience developing a B2B product used by IT departments is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a developer or working in an IT organization is a plus.
