Job Description

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Analyst – reporting to the Strategy and Planning Manager within Sales Operations.

This role will play an important role within the Strategy and Planning team by both enabling access, communicating data and then support execution of key Marketing& Sales decisions within Nexthink. Methodology and curiosity are key in this role exploring the optimal method for data mining, data exploration, and data modeling for use within CRM Tableau. Creative problem-solving skills and a strong analytic mind are both required to turn business needs into insights. And last but not least you will also need excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate your findings across various levels.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver key insights to the Sales & Marketing organization aiming at driving tactical and strategical decisions and support their execution
  • Utilize your expert skills to develop, transform and update data sources
  • Resolve issues related to data integrity, availability, etc.
  • Design, build and maintain reports
  • Drive reporting or data related projects
  • Scope business requirements and quickly grasp key business metrics
  • Identify business and technical impacts of user requirements and articulate to all involved parties
  • Lead training sessions on the value of data driven decisions and how to use the tools to get insights

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in business systems, computer science, IT or related field. 
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role.
  • Intermediate SQL querying skills are a must.
  • Advanced data visualization experience through coding and though BI visualization tools are a must (with CRM Tableau a plus)
  • Fluent English a must, Fluent French a plus.
  • Strong command on Microsoft Office a must.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and orally
  • Business Savy – Understand Business processes, challenges and requirements,
  • Experience in and/or a curiosity for Sales& Marketing data
  • Ability to dive into details, pay attention to data quality as well as understanding high level dynamics
  • User interface designing skills are a plus
  • Sense of ownership, Result driven
  • Team player - Interpersonal communication skills
  • Multi tasks in fast paced environment
  • Understand Data Management criticality.
