Job Description

To support the growth of the Nexthink business we are looking to expand our Sales team with additional resources in Italy.

Your role

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Plan and execute the sales strategy in order to meet the agreed landmarks and timescales and to ensure that sales targets are achieved or exceeded
  • Deliver accurate business metrics, monthly forecasts, weekly commits, and pipeline development reports
  • Anticipate any change in the opportunities, market, customer needs and requirements that could impact the overall revenue target
  • Orchestrate cross-functional team members to deliver complete business solutions
  • Focus on customer experience and become your customers' trusted advisor

  • You resonate with enterprise customers: you know how they work, what it takes to support them, what their needs and challenges are, and how to work with top-level executives
  • You have a strong ability to analyze the market, identify business drivers, craft a strategy for driving growth, and work with internal and external resources to bring that strategy into life
  • You are highly communicative, and you go the extra mile to make customers successful. You do care about every single customer
  • Your customer relationships are open and transparent
  • You have experience with the Software as a Service business, how recurring revenue works, and how the contracts look like
     

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of shown success in sales
  • Workplace technology understanding to promote Digital Employee Experience
  • Previous sales records within Italian Enterprise accounts
  • Knowledge of Nexthink ecosystem partners in Italy
  • Access to decision maker, mastery in developing trusted customer relationships up to C level
  • Confirmed knowledge of a process once working with large Enterprise customer, including demand generation, partner development, forecasting, quota attainment, sales presentations, short-term, mid-term, and long-term opportunity management
  • Business knowledge with complementary skills to understand the customers’ business drivers and align to Nexthink’s solution
  • Negotiation skills to craft solutions that are beneficial to our customers
  • Confidence in applying financial expertise to identify and qualify opportunities
  • Work within and outside of departments to execute on company objectives. We're looking for hardworking, smart and ethical candidates who love to win
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in Italian and English
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Willingness to Travel
