As People & Culture Business Partner (all genders) at OUTFITTERY  you are responsible for defined teams. You enable them to be brave and help them to develop. The northstar of the People & Culture Team is #peoplefirst. You take care of the teams day by day and drive forward our culture where everyone can be themselves that leads us into a great future. 

You will work with a team of 7 specialists in our People & Culture Team and report to Quilco, our Director of People & Culture. Read further to learn about your tasks and the type of person we are looking for.

Your tasks:

• You are the strategic partner to the leadership team and work closely with them on topics like feedback culture, people development and change management.

• You support us in building skilled and motivated teams that hold each other accountable for high-quality standards.

• You coordinate with team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.

• As a consultant, coach and source of inspiration, you develop the leaders in their role and constructively contribute your People & Culture expertise.

• You put #peoplefirst and create mutual trust to the teams.

• To boost the team dynamic you will participate in team meetings, stand-ups, retros and all-hands.

• You continuously analyze data and get feedback on the effectiveness of our processes to reach constant improvement.

Your profile:

• You have proven hands-on work experience as a People & Culture Business Partner.

• Your experience in an international start-up/fast-changing environment is a plus.

• You are a proactive character with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex operational processes.

• You are a strong communicator and an empathic person who can easily handle different stakeholders.

• Your experience to work with tech teams, to be familiar with tech vocabulary and a holistic understanding of the developer space is a plus.

• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - German is a plus.

• You are living in Europe.
