Trust and Safety Project Manager
As a Trust & Safety project manager, you will play a major role in managing the customer deliverables of IntelDesk, which provides crucial forward-looking intelligence on threats and abuse risks to ActiveFence’s customers. You will be a champion of the customer’s complex needs, translating them to our intelligence teams and ensuring impressive deliverables in return. You will be expected to guide your project teams, in both intelligence and management issues, and work closely with our customer success unit to meet our business objectives.
Requirements

- At least 3 years of experience as a project manager
- At least 3 years of experience as an intelligence researcher (experience in Extremism, Fraud, Malware, or geopolitical fields)
- Excellent storytelling, presentation, & writing skills
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
- Experience as a manager in high-tech companies – a significant advantage
- Experience as an OSINT researcher/analyst – a significant advantage
- Capable of handling harsh content
