Featurespace are looking for an bright, energetic, and highly motivated individual to join our successful and vibrant Commercial team based in our Singapore office as a Channel Partner Manager.

As a Channel Partner Manager at Featurespace, you’ll be helping us achieve our goals and deliver success on behalf of our customers by enabling existing and new partners to generate profitable opportunities for Featurespace globally.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Accommodating customers wants and needs to have a local presence in terms sales, delivery and support through our local Channel Ecosystem
  • Identifying, qualifying and recruit the right partners for Featurespace across your Territory
  • Building relationships and establishing communications at the highest executive levels in your partners to understand their needs and priorities to build joint pipeline
  • Define and agree a strategic go-to-market plans with our top tier Partners
  • Evangelizing the platform to confirm and communicate the differentiated value of Featurespace to partners and their customers at both the technical and business levels
  • Understanding the formal and informal buying process in the customer’s environment and how to best leverage the Channel Ecosystem to accelerate sales
  • Helping Sales to work with partners to find, drive and close opportunities with their customers including negotiations and procurement activities
  • Consistently communicating and brainstorming with management and extended team on how we can improve our Channel Program to better engage with our Partners
  • Reviewing Partner opportunities with management and extended team on a weekly basis and in QBRs
 

Day to Day

 
  • Recruit, onboard, enable, and manage partners in the territories you manage
  • Develop and help manage partner generated leads and opportunities
  • Build and develop long lasting relationships with the partners
  • Assist with partner contract negotiation
  • Coordinate ongoing training to partners in line with the services they will be delivering and as part of our joint go-to-market strategy
  • Engage as needed with various aspects of the business to ensure the needs of customers sourced through partners are met and build a specific plan for each partner
  • Measure, monitor and effectively report on partner activity to management, highlighting key activity and results weekly/monthly/quarterly as need
  • Ensure all communication to partners is of a high quality, including all documents and presentations
  • Coordinate and manage joint marketing campaigns with partners
  • Understand and articulate to partners and customers Featurespace’s solutions and value proposition

  • Proven track record of building profitable partnerships at previous software companies
  • Demonstrable ability to manage complex sales cycles including the ability to provide coordination and direction to your extended team
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong orientation to team communication and collaboration

Great to haves

  • Technical background or education
  • Experience in building effective Channel Programs
  • Experience in working within the Financial Services vertical
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com
