HR Business Partner - AMR
About The Position
We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and innovative HRBP to support our people in America! An experienced HR partner, who has a proven record of successfully wearing the many hats of HRBP, in global Hi-tech companies, preferably start-ups. Your responsibilities will include:
- Act as the regional HR Business partner in AMR and be the main focal point to employees.
- Responsible for the full employee life cycle – from recruitment, through onboarding, career development to offboarding.
- Support the company’s global expansion by building and expanding the required infrastructure to become a global employer.
- Ensure our facilities support the needs of the growing team.
- Initiate welfare activities for the global teams.
- Extend our current HR practices to a global environment, and leverage them to build towards the great performance of our teams worldwide.
- Collaborate with the HR, Talent Acquisition & People OPS teams on various projects; support the teams’ growth, interview candidates, recommend and implement people programs and policies, procedures, and process improvements
- Foster company culture during its hyper-accelerated growth stage.
- Proactively identify organizational needs and offer HR solutions.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience as an HRBP in global tech companies
- Very good understanding of employee conditions: law labors, benefits etc.
- Out of the box thinker, peoples’ person, great teamwork, independent, responsive, communicative
- Possess a solid understanding of HR practices and the full HR cycle: Onboarding, performance management, consulting and mentoring, talent management, development, reward and retention, employee relations, and employee engagement.
- Strong project management capabilities
- Independent, self-monitored, with good multitasking and prioritization skills
- Experience working under high pressure and tight deadlines
