About the job
 
In 2021, the Operations team has scaled from 1 to 4 persons to support Snapshift growth (ARR x3, people x2) and will triple in 2022. In this hypergrowth context, you will join the team who owns the mission of structuring our scale collaboratively by supporting the leadership team notably on strategy, organisation, KPIs monitoring, process implementation & tool structuration.
 
As a Product Operations Manager, you will be in the Strategy & Operations part of the Operations team. Your role will be to partner with the Head of Product on all strategic, organisational & analytical topics in order to support the Product team to reach their goals.
 
Missions
 
Your main missions will be :
- Support the Head of Product in the Product strategy through OKRs
- Orchestrate & structure recurring meetings inside the product team
- Define main product KPIs & implement the dashboards to follow them
- Implement tools & processes in order to increase our product efficiency
- Define playbooks of the various roles inside the product team
- Here are some OKRs examples on which you will work (figures are fake for confidential reasons)
° 80% of Product OKRs have been reached in 2022
° Proxy metric (product usage metric) is reaching 70% for all our customers
° Other teams trust prioritization decision made by the Product team (satisfaction score is above 4 out of 5)
° Head of Product satisfaction about organisation, KPIs monitoring and meetings structuration will be above 4 out of 5 at the end of 2022
