We are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on Performance Manager to join us in our team in London. The perfect candidate is a passionate hands-on expert of all things Paid Search, Display & Paid Social. They are self-starters, result driven, and have strong analytical skills. 
 
This role reports to the Associate Director of Performance Media and will focus on the planning and execution of digital performance media campaigns. 
 
What you’ll do:
 
Plan and run the daily Paid Search, Display and Paid Social activity across multiple regions:
 
Channel Management
 
Run the daily optimisation of Paid Search and Shopping campaigns. 
Paid Search is a major focus at the moment, but the role includes managing Display and Paid Social campaigns (mainly Meta)
Critically assess weekly results and regularly identify opportunities to optimise campaigns and communicating insights internally and externally, regularly.
Planning and improving account structures with the goal to maximise performance;
Create and analyse tests to compare ads, landing pages, bidding strategies.
Collaborate with our data analyst to develop and maintain performance dashboards which help drive marketing efficiency and insight sharing.
Play an active role in budget forecasting. 
Responsibility for finance management (raising POs and invoice reconciliation)
 
What we’re looking for:
 
4+ years hands-on experience directly running PPC (includ. PLA), Display (DV360) and paid social (Facebook, Instagram).
Phenomenal attention to detail. You love to get right into the weeds and figure out what’s making your campaigns tick.
Extensive experience using the native Paid Search management platforms (Google Ads, Bing, SA360) as well as GA360, CM, and others.
Proven track of working autonomously and ability to take responsibility, as well as working as part of a team.
Outstanding quantitative analysis & written communication skills. 
High proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets + working knowledge of Google GTM, Search Console and Data Studio
Knowledge/interest in cycling / sports industry is not required, but considered a plus
