Job Description

As Growth Marketing Manager within the Performance Marketing team of the Marketing & Video department, you are responsible for growth marketing activities on the French market on our B2B target (80%) and our B2C target (20%).

You are responsible for the performance of the entire marketing funnel and, as such, you work closely with the content managers of the Brand Communication team, the product department and its Growth team, as well as with the rest of the Performance Marketing team, in France and abroad.

What does this mean on a daily basis?
  • Development of B2B/B2C acquisition and growth strategies on paid and organic channels in France. Support of international teams in the development and implementation of these strategies.
  • Driving performance and conversions on B2B and B2C funnels in collaboration with the Growth Product Manager.
  • Creation, management and optimization of multi-channel campaigns to help drive acquisition, engagement and revenue.
  • Collaborate with our Content Marketing team to ensure our campaigns are relevant and impactful.
  • Collaboration with our sales teams to ensure seamless collaboration between marketing and sales.
  • Work with CRM manager to align messaging and media throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Be the point of contact for the product team (Growth Squad) to improve the customer journey (funnel for prospects and users, onboarding and registration process, user dashboard, etc.)
  • Be the point of contact for the data team for all topics related to tracking, attribution and reporting.
  • Systematic sharing of best practices (pooling and scalability) with international teams and the rest of the performance marketing team.
  • Active participation in the annual strategy and development of the growth marketing budget
  • Management of service providers and agencies (marketing, SEA, tools)
  • Management of a work-study program dedicated to growth marketing activities


Qualifications

Who are you?
  • You have about 5 years of professional experience in managing marketing campaigns as a Traffic Manager, Acquisition Marketing Manager or Growth Hacker.
  • You have very good analytical skills, applied to a complex funnel, with a good knowledge of tracking tools (such as Google Analytics) and attribution/contribution models.
  • You are action and goal oriented, with a strong business sense.
  • You have good communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally with multiple teams.
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, the desire to take up challenges, with a strong ability to be autonomous and to be proactive.
  • You have agility and adaptability and a good team spirit
  • You are fluent in French and English
