We are looking for a talented Project Manager - Integrations who wants to bring fitness to the 21st century. Are you passionate about working with multiple international partners and integrating their innovative fitness technologies with the EGYM Ecosystem? Do you want to help us to push the fitness industry to a higher level by evolving our current partnerships with industry leading companies? Then you are the new EGYMee we are looking for to join our team in Munich!

  • You drive the standard integrations of the partner equipment in Cardio and Body Analysis areas and are the main contact during the integration phase - from the preparation of the integration to the successful launch
  • You support in planning and setting up integration projects with equipment vendor partners
  • You facilitate the integration projects, track the progress, and oversee upcoming project risks beforehand
  • You work closely together with the Product and Operations teams supporting the go-to-market strategy to launch the integration projects
  • You effectively communicate with different stakeholders, internally and externally (Gym Partners, Operators)
  • You analyze existing processes and coordinate strategic improvements within the organization, to derive optimization opportunities for efficiency and automation
Your fitness level
  • You have a good understanding of software systems and API integrations
  • You are characterized by analytical thinking, problem-solving oriented and have a high level of consulting skills
  • You are able to manage multiple projects and tasks in parallel and find timely solutions through close exchange with your colleagues
  • You have experience in working with and have a passion to deal with customers/partners on a daily basis
  • You are a talented and passionate communicator, and you can explain complex issues in a simple and understandable way
  • You have good language skills in German and English
Your training goal for your first 6 months
  • You have a global understanding of our API platform connections as well as our partner integrations
  • You develop an outstanding knowledge about EGYM partnerships and integrations process and its value for our company
  • You are appreciated by and build strong relationships with the development and product teams as well as key stakeholders
  • You acquire a comprehensive understanding of our platform and existing products as well as the customer needs and use cases
