Management Accountant

The role

Due to team growth and business expansion, we have a brand new position available as a Management Accountant. Specifically, this role takes the lead on marketing and overhead costs. You'll take responsibility for supporting our key transactional and month end processes, including analysis and reporting of our financial performance and position. It will be a broad and varied role and you’ll get a great insight into our wider finance processes across control, tax and statutory reporting💸.

This is an end-to-end role encompassing controls (journals, balance sheet recs, analytical reviews), business partnering (working with stakeholders to identify and manage costs) and FP&A (inputting in to budget and forecasts).

What we're looking for in you

First and foremost we need you to know your debits and credits! You should be newly qualified, working towards a relevant accounting qualification (ACCA, ACT, CIMA) or you may even have relevant work experience in this field. We want you to jump straight in and take ownership from day one so its important you have a foundation of knowledge. Attention to detail and a proven ability to deliver to deadlines will be critical alongside some analytical experience with an eager proactiveness to solve problems and seek solutions. You’ll be a great communicator and influencer, and able to work with a range of people including internal teams and, most importantly, external stakeholders.
