Summary: The Knowledge Manager's will help build the foundation of the Knowledge Management (KM) strategy and ensure our employees and our partners can easily access and use the information they need to do their job best.

 

Responsibilities :

 

  • Builds a knowledge management function in the Delivery team from the ground up, including scope, design, implementation, and maintenance

  • Defines a KM strategy for Deepki and maintains high quality, up-to-date, and searchable content for employees and partners of varying skill levels

  • Works successfully across the organization with team members, departments, and subject matter experts to develop and support new and existing information

  • Eliminates single-threaded and word of mouth knowledge

  • Creates, brings together, organizes, and assesses knowledge assets for organization use

  • Coordinates cross-functionally to align KM strategy with broader organizational learning strategies.

  • Supports, develops and implements training on KM processes and tooling

  • Creates and review critical metrics for KM content, and summarize benefits, outcomes, and improvement opportunities for the organization

  • Assists with resource planning as applicable to strengthen and expand KM initiatives

  • Evaluates, revises, and continuously improves the KM Framework as the organization scales

  • Understands and recognizes key challenges/roadblocks to KM cultural change and develops effective programs to drive adoption and improve KM value

  • Builds and drives the culture of knowledge sharing within Deepki and serves as the advocate for KM initiatives

 

Requirements :

  • 5+ years in Knowledge Management or consulting

  • Excellent time management / prioritization skills, strong written English language skills and exceptional attention to details.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain approaches and systems and be able to translate between technical and expert teams to end users

  • Operational tech experience

  • Implementation of content

  • Effective interpersonal skills particularly through listening, judgment, critical thinking, and information management

  • Proven leadership capability and effectiveness, working well with cross-functional teams to accomplish goals

  • Experience working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment juggling multiple work streams and projects simultaneously
