We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic National Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead and oversee a team of Cobalt employees and robots embedded in the daily operations of our customer.  
 
Your role is focused on building strong long-term relationships with our customer and ensuring that the team delivers their services and delights the customer. 
 
This role will be based in Tempe, Arizona, and require some (10-20%) travel to other customer sites around the U.S.

Responsibilities:

    • Serve as primary customer liaison to understand customer expectations/priorities and coordinate associated support from CXA, GOC and robot resources
    • Maintain high performance levels for all processes, and implement improvements activities wherever necessaryBuild goals and KPIs with customers to manage and track service health
    • Take accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demandManage and nurture customer relationships
    • Lead operations checks and business reviews through the customer lifecycle Manage HR, scheduling, and payroll issues, including reviewing and approving time cards 
    • Develop training materials and deliver training for direct reports to improve their professionalism and operational impact
    • Conduct periodic performance reviews with each direct report
    • Coordinate with the customer on operational changes to schedules, hours, and workflows
    • Run a professional hiring process to fill open positions, as needed
    • Address disciplinary issues, as needed
