📅 Two available start dates - Tuesday 27th June + Tuesday 11th July

⏳ 40 hours per week. Monday to Saturday. (Covering shifts between 8am-8pm. Shift rotas will be shared with at least one month's notice).

We are looking for contact centre agents that have experience with inbound and outbound calling and attention to detail when assessing documents. Experience on the phone, both inbound and outbound, is essential.

Time on phones will be a primary part of your role but the day to day tasks of this role can vary. Some days could be handling inbound calls or working on the live chat but other days could be assessing documents or making outbound calls.

Responsibilities will include working in the referencing queues, processing references and ensuring great customer service is provided to all customers.

 

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Working on phones, emails & live chat to solve referencing issues for our customers - you must have experience in a high volume contact/call centre role to be considered for this position.
  • Processing references top to bottom, working through ID, Credit, Income, Residential sections of the application
  • Placing outbound calls to referees, applicants and agents to provide them with updates
  • Identifying root causes for simple issues which cause inbound & help improve the process
  • Delivering high quality & quantity of work

Interview Process:

  1. 20 -30 minute online assessment (via Test Gorilla, to be completed from the comfort of your own home!)
  2. 1 hour interview (Virtual) consisting of:
    1. Role Related session to include a short role play to give you an understanding of the role
    2. Values interview session - Our values guide the way we work and we want to make sure that this is an environment in which you will thrive!
  3. Offer
  4. Virtual Hangout with some of the team - not essential but recommended
