We are looking for an experienced team lead for our Data Engineering team that consists of both data engineers and analytics engineers. You’ll be responsible for everything from cloud database architecture and data pipelines to building the fundamental data model to support analytics work across all of WeTransfer’s business areas.
You will:
- Build and maintain infrastructure for data
- Manage a team of highly skilled individuals
- Liaise with product teams across the business to ensure adequate tracking
- Be a part of the data leadership team to form the company analytics strategy
Who we are looking for?
- Hands-on experience from working with data engineering in a data-driven company
- Engineering management experience
- The ability to transform business questions into tracking requirements
- Experience from running a large-scale operation in the cloud, preferably AWS
