As our Senior Marketing Analyst you’ll partner with leadership to ensure that we’re seeing our pipeline from all of the necessary angles. You’ll be responsible for identifying and analyzing trends in our leading indicators and KPIs and sharing them with the broader Marketing and Sales organizations to help better tailor our approach across the board. You have deep technical experience in Salesforce and Einstein reporting, are incredibly accurate and clear in your communications, and are able to find and identify trends and opportunities in our data.
This role will actively build and manage our reporting and dashboards and also co-host weekly, monthly and quarterly read-outs and ‘Wallow’ calls for the team.
Manage our GoToMarket dashboards and reports alongside Sales Operations and provide key insights to drive our overall strategy
Work with our Digital Marketing team and supporting consultants to oversee the digital journey and how to visualize the customer lifecycle
Partner with leadership to develop and manage our analytics strategy including data hygiene, acquisition and influence analysis (including lead source and attribution reporting), and format of read-out and insight sharing
Document our hard and soft internal processes and lead the team in a shift to proactive documentation of our work
Be a leader in change management and communications for marketing
Troubleshoot issues as they arise from various business partners relating to errors in reporting and dashboards
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Busines Analytics, Business Administration or related area desired
5+ years of analytics experience, marketing background highly preferred
Salesforce and Einstein reporting administration preferred
Strong process & analytical mindset; detail-oriented and passionate about working with a fast-growing global marketing team, ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects
Knowledge and impact of GoToMarket teams and their impact on pipeline; ability to understand and translate between the requirements of the business and the technical aspects of reporting a must
