About The Role and About You:

We are looking for a Workplace Coordinator.  You will be responsible for supporting a progressive, inclusive, professional, and fun workplace experience all in support of helping to deliver our collective business strategy. 

This position will support a high growth tech/gaming company while maintaining best safety practices for supporting facility management and in house employee engagement events.  Creative, proactive and operational know-how along with a high EQ is needed to achieve the best outcomes, while leveraging honest, direct and informative communication.

What You’ll Do:

  • You will function as part of a Global Workplace/Facilities team housed within our larger People Team
  • You will partner with the full People Team (Talent Engagement, P&G, DEIB, People Experience) to ensure that our processes meet the needs of business and meet or exceed our employees expectations. 
  • You will help to welcome guests , visitors and employees and act as a central point of contact for the Workplace team
  • You will help to source then support vendor management
  • You will provide support for onboarding new Watopians through vendor management and swag distribution worldwide
  • You will provide support to our Watopians globally via the JIRA help desk 
  • You will act as a liaison between building management and employees
  • You will provide support for Wednesday Wellness Events, holiday events and various virtual and IRL events throughout the year. 
  • You will help support and organize catering, and snack vendor management for the office
  • You will help to support the Workplace team w/administrative projects such as data management, analytics, graphic design and event research and coordination

What You’ll Need:

  • 1-3 years of administrative and/or office operations experience
  • Have a Solid understanding of small-medium company dynamics which includes being able to thrive in an environment of ambiguity, adaptability and flexibility
  • Strong problem solving skills and high desire to be proactive, quick thinking and resourceful
  • Attention to detail with quick execution. We need to do things quickly and we need to do them well. 
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills & high EQ
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate with a variety of personalities and levels
  • Demonstrate cooperation, flexibility and reliability in day to day work activities
  • Show up every day on time with a reputation of unquestionable integrity
  • Possess strong computer skills with a high proficiency in Google Suite, Photoshop, Slack and MS Office
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs comfortably. Occasional weekends/evenings required for events.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in video gaming or health & fitness industries
  • Passion for cycling, running and/or fitness
  • Experienced Zwifter
