As a Technical Recruiter, you will partner with both recruiters and hiring managers to understand & standardize profiles across multiple teams (Data, Engineering & Product) and have the potential to manage a small team of 2-3 people. Your understanding of the specificities of each role will be due to your keen eye to detail in recruiting top tech talent for the teams, as you will be overseeing the entire recruitment process.

Your mission:

  • Handle a high volume of open positions and candidates to help us build our Tech team across Europe
  • Manage the entire lifecycle from sourcing to closing, while making sure the candidate experience is great
  • Build an effective candidate pipeline using our ATS, Workable
  • Source candidates who have a strong understanding of the scale up environment
  • Create and negotiate offers to help closing candidates
  • Develop and execute a sourcing strategy to build a strong pipeline of top candidates
  • Integrate yourself in the tech team and act as a real business partner to achieve their goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers
  • Stay updated on the latest recruiting strategies and techniques
  • Manage and nurture a team within a remote-first environment


A little bit about you:

  • 5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter
  • Strong communication skills
  • Open-minded, embraces change to processes
  • Autonomous with a demonstrated ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple positions
  • A very good understanding of the technical environment & connection to the tech community
  • Proven experience using traditional and emerging platforms to identify, recruit, and close top level candidates
  • International hiring experience is a plus!
  • Fluency in both French and English language skills (written and spoken)
