About the Opportunity: 
Contentsquare is seeking  a passionate, organized, and detail-oriented team player to join the  US legal team, reporting directly to the Associate General Counsel. The role involves providing support to the US legal team in legal and administrative functions. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to learn, be challenged, and looking to work in a fast paced environment. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of work experience, highly motivated, proactive, and a quick learner.  

What You’ll Do:

    • Manage incoming requests for legal review and miscellaneous legal questions and determine the appropriate individual to route requests to based on internal policy
    • Draft correspondence to third parties on behalf of US legal team members, external parties, and internal correspondence to executive team/board meetings. 
    • Manage team-wide projects, events and off-sites, and coordinate recurring meetings.
    • Support CLO with meetings preparation and presentations, drafting of minutes, communication and docs drafting, signature requests and calendar management.
    • Maintain legal entity state registrations.
    • Request up-to-date corporate or legal documentation.
    • Contribute legal content to internal People Newsletter.
    • Assist with filing applications, internal investigations, and e-Discovery.
    • Receive, review, and disseminate incoming mail.
    • Research legal issues and projects.
    • Administrative support with: calendar management, preparation for meetings, legal invoices reviews/approvals, insurance policies, IP portfolios and litigation support. 

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

    • Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution with a strong academic background preferred.
    • A minimum of 5 years of relevant paralegal work with strong preference to experience in the SaaS industry. 
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
    • Ability to read, draft, and understand basic legal terms and contractual provisions.
    • Proficiency in MSFT Office and Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. 
    • Hands-on, business mind and a “can-do” approach.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • A quick learner who enjoys learning new things on a regular basis and tackling new problems and subject matter.
