Job Description

What we need…
We are looking for a talented Technical Content Writer to join our Customer Experience team to be in charge of the Client Enablement contents.

Client Enablement is a new program that aims at developing general, industrialized and automated activities for YOOBIC’s Clients worldwide and throughout the entire customer journey.

Client Enablement refers to the strategies and processes that are put in place to augment the client experience and client education by providing the requisite resources, tools, and guidance to make the most out of YOOBIC services.

End goal is to actively contribute to client success, retention and growth.

What you'll do…
As a Technical Content Writer, you will be in charge of creating all the content for the Client Enablement activities such as:

Help Centre

  • Write new articles
  • Create users videos

Product Release & Launch Process

  • Track all updates Back-End & Front-end
  • Create, update articles relative to product releases

Client communications

  • Help the Client Enablement Manager to write/send any client event notifications process internally and externally (Outage, Breach & Adhoc changes/ issues process)

Client Newsletter

  • Write content for monthly client newsletter

Preferred Experience

What you have…

  • 1-2 years experience of Technical Authoring
  • Passionate about start-ups, digital and new technologies
  • Proven ability to produce client-facing and internal documentation and training materials.
  • Able to understand complex technical concepts and present comprehensive, concise, accurate and useful information.
  • Passionate about writing technical documentation.
  • Great interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Excellent writing skills in English & French
  • Creative mindset and force of proposal on new initiatives
  • Resourceful nature, with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in teams or individually as and when required
  • Ability to adapt and to work within an international environment
  • Fluent in English and French (any other language is a plus - Spanish, Italian, and/or German)
