We are looking for a Head of Design (CDI), join us !
Our product department is composed of 3 entities :
Product Management, making sure we work on the right problems to solve users needs while reaching JobTeaser objectives, communicating and coordinating product development.
Design, working on a full design spectrum from early discovery to actual product releases, composed of product designers, design system designers, and a UI engineer.
Data, composed of Data Scientists, Analysts and Engineers, working in harmony to leverage data in our product development and create data based products (recommendation systems, …)
These 3 functions work together on a day to day basis within our tech department, coordinated by an impact squads model, structured in 3 tribes mapped on our 3 main business segments (students, recruiters and universities).
We value reaching metrics more than sticking to feature plans, making discovery activities and design crucial pieces of the puzzle.
As a Design Director, based in Paris, you’ll report directly to our Chief Product Officer, Arthur, who represents product within JobTeaser’s executive committee.
Your missions will include :
Setting up a design vision, in terms of organization, philosophy and recruitments
Spread our already strong design culture in the whole company
Managing design team A players, including about 10 people in jobs detailed above.
Steering excellence in production of top notch user experiences
Being the guarantor of design methodologies
Making sure we structurally integrate the brand in the product
Laying out a compelling strategy to reach our design vision.
Who are you? 🎯

You have evolved in worldwide product design leading companies (GAFA, top EU scale-ups)
You have a strong attachment to user interfaces aesthetics
You can evolve in a highly demanding environment, within a strong scale-up part of France Next-40
You have a crisp understanding of different design positions and organizations
You have strong communication skills, speaking with ease to executives and any field of work
You have experiences in direct management of highly talented team members
