About the team
We are a multi-disciplinary team of Product Designers, Content Designers, and UX Researchers that are passionate about solving customer problems along the travel journey in an effective and delightful way. We combine empathy, our craft, and creativity to create valuable, usable, and delightful product experiences.
Our work is guided by strong principles that make our experience focus on value and feel simple, trustworthy, human, and unique. We collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure those principles are front and center in the features we develop.
About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Content Designer to delight our customers with exceptional communication and content strategy throughout our web and app experiences. This person is a creative problem solver who’s passionate about digital products and making the technical feel human and authentic.
Collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to solve customer problems and improve our user experience.
Write and iterate on UI text, information architecture, and interaction flows for web and mobile, including product UI, native apps, emails, etc.
Draw actionable insights from data and user research to inform your writing and UX decisions. Run simple user research yourself if needed.
Help define, apply, and maintain language standards and interaction patterns, and drive consistency in GetYourGuide’s voice.
Develop a strong, customer-focused point of view on our product and where it’s headed. Advocate for customer needs and your vision in a collaborative way.
You have at least 3 years of Content Design experience for digital products, apps, or ecommerce, including writing for translation.
You’re a native English speaker.
You’ve got a portfolio of relevant work that shows your process and approach.
You thrive in a fast-moving and highly collaborative organization.
You can find a meaningful balance between optimizing for speed, quality, and doing risky, but interesting work.
