Are you looking to start your career in partner marketing? This opportunity might just be the one you've been looking for since we are now looking for a Partner Marketing Coordinator to join our Partner Marketing team in Helsinki.

🧩 You will make an impact by…

We're a rapidly scaling company with a successful and well-loved Partner Program, that we've started from zero, grown, and nurtured in-house since 2017. We're now looking for a new member to join our 4-members strong Partner team so we can continue to scale our Partner Program.

You will get a chance to make an impact across the board, but your day-to-day is divided into two main areas, that are:

  1. Recruitment, onboarding, activation, and development of partners.

  2. Setting up and scaling new processes within the Partner Program.

This position is a mix between partner management and marketing and we hope you're excited to do both.

📝 Your day-to-day work and responsibilities will include:

  • Search for, identify and screen potential Partners for our Partner program.

  • Monitor and reach out to newly registered partners.

  • Support a variety of tasks for our content, email, and influencer marketing campaigns to help recruit new partners.

  • Assign new partner cases to the right sales or partner manager.

  • Help engage existing partners to drive volume, increase revenue, and improve their performance.

  • Help track partner cases for internal reporting.

  • Maintain an open communication line with partners, providing email support with any issues they may have – sign up, technical issues, special requests, helping with payments, etc.

  • Coordinate with various teams to address partner needs in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Monitor partner activity, analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend ways to increase partner-generated revenues.

🏆 What kind of talent are you?

  • Native level or equivalent level proficiency in English. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • University degree (preferable in Marketing, Management or Business).

  • Strong multi-tasking skills: ability to take on multiple projects at the same time, to respond quickly to partner requests, and flexibility to help with tasks that might not be a part of your direct responsibilities - some might call this "the startup mindset".

  • Strong desire to learn, take initiative and develop your career in partner marketing.

  • An analytical data-driven and results-oriented mindset to continuously measure and improve results.

  • Basic understanding and knowledge of online marketing ( PPC, SEO, email marketing, etc.) to be able to assist and guide partners.

  • Prior SaaS, sales, or digital marketing experience is a plus.

  • Positivity and desire to uplift and share knowledge with those around you.
