We are looking for a strong leader, a motivating and experienced Account Executive or Sales Leader who can inspire, act as a role model for our team and has the desire to take on responsibility in a fast-growing company. Your Mission

  • Plan, hire and manage a highly effective sales team
  • Grow business in a territory with a focused hunting team
  • Coach and professionally develop Account Executives regarding strategies to drive closure rates and opportunity identification
  • Increase market share and achieving new bookings targets
  • Be a driver of process improvements and constantly improve sales knowledge
  • Conducting weekly revenue forecast meetings for respective territories
  • Effectively facilitate joint initiatives with cross-functional teams and strategically engaging cross-functional resources to achieve sales goals
  • Consistently monitoring and enhancing the sales activities of the team

Your Profile

  • Experience as Sales Leader or Account Executive with at least 3+ years in B2B SaaS or IT sales
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, commercial is preferable
  • Impressive track record of sales statistics 
  • Joy and passion for sales and a healthy tenacity
  • Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment
  • Ability to multi-task, and operate successfully in a rapidly changing environment
  • Proficiency with standard sales tools (Salesforce,, Sales Navigator, etc.)
  • You speak German on a native level and very good business English
