Quality Assurance Content

Your mission

• Coordination and execution of content tests of our product components
• Supporting the QA team in solving errors and problems
• Maintenance of our QA documentation
• Helping to set up the quality assurance department 
• Working closely with our learning experience designers and advising on the design of new learning content and formats
• As part of our content quality assurance team, you won't miss a beat
• Screening our existing content and regularly suggesting adjustments and improvements

Your profile

• You have 2-3 years of experience in content-testing
• You are comfortable getting in the shoes of our customers and be able to see how users interact with our products
• Didactic knowledge is one of you main strengths (learning theories & co.)
• Ideally, you are familiar with cybersecurity and can quickly identify errors in content
• You have knowledge in the development of learning content in the form of e-learning
• You have experience with product design (UI/UX) and a keen eye for the "big picture"
• Logical thinking, accuracy and high-quality standards are your thing
• Fluent in both German and English
•  You are a team player and love interdisciplinary collaboration with a wide range of subject matter experts
• You're open-minded for a (virtual) after-work drink 😉
• Test automation knowledge is a plus
