Job Description

As part of the Quote to Cash workstream, this role will work closely with Sales and Marketing functions, Finance and Customer Success organization, and will have direct contact with our Customers and Partners.

Develops and maintains positive relationships, coordinates with internal functions and Customers to ensure Credit Management & Cash collections inquiries are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.

Build and drive best of Breed Credit and Collection operations. The candidate will drive it globally (Europe, US, Middle East), and rapidly will take team lead responsibility while we continue to bring resources in the team to support our hypergrowth.

Your responsibilities:

  • Review Credit applications and Define Credit line to Partners and direct Customers.
  • Review Partners contract and secure proper System and Process On-Boarding.
  • Release or Block Orders falling beyond agreed Credit line.
  • Manage cash collection process.
  • Drive cash forecast, ageing review, KPI reporting.
  • Perform cash application (ERP system - Netsuite).
  • Manage Invoices dispute with Partners/Customer
  • Act as a liaison with various departments throughout the company and be a trusted advisor to internal/external parties
  • Identifies the root cause of customer (internal & external) issues and takes action to prevent future contacts
  • Resolves customer (internal&external) inquiries using a variety of tools and web applications
  • Support the Quality and compliance team with data accuracy
  • Work actively in Projects/Initiatives to enhance new process supporting Company growth
  • Generate and analyze regular and ad hoc reports for internal and external customers

Qualifications

  • Process and System oriented with great attention to details and controls.
  • Ability to multi-task in high pace work environment while respecting tight deadlines.
  • Team player - Interpersonal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree minimum. 
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Credit Management and Cash Collection.
  • Excel advanced knowledge
  • Software Business experiences a significant plus.
  • Salesforce.com / Netsuite experiences a significant plus.
  • Fluent English mandatory.
  • Strong command on Microsoft Office a must.
