ROLE & ACTIVITIES We are looking for a Sales Support to join our Sales Team based in Milan. Working closely with our enthusiastic team, you will be responsible for: • Full cycle order management (entry, transmission, processing, fulfillment) • Supporting the Finance team for administrative activities related to sales • Handling customer issues related to order processing and ensuring appropriate follow up • Driving process improvements and simplifications.
MUST HAVE • You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role • You have a good command of MS Office and of CRM Microsoft Navision • You are detail oriented and you like working with accuracy • You are customer focused and enjoy working within a fast-paced environment
