What will be your mission?
In order to support our growth and our ambitions, a position of Inside Sales Manager - EMEA is available within the Insides Sales team in Paris.
Under the direct responsibility of our Head of Inside Sales and in close collaboration with the different Marketing, Sales and Sales Operations teams, your mission will be to lead a growing team to identify, process and follow up leads transmitted by the Marketing team in order to transform them into opportunities (demo) for the Business Developers.
As the manager of a young and dynamic team you have a key role to build the structure of an efficient Sales machine for our EMEA region.
DRIVE the generation of leads for our Sales teams (Business Developers) :
You make sure that the quantitative objectives are reached for your team and look for outperformance.
You will supervise the lead qualification campaigns generated by the marketing department (Inbound)
You will supervise email and telephone prospecting campaigns to detect new opportunities for qualified prospects (outbound).
You ensure the qualification level of the demos that are transmitted to the Business Developers.
You continuously improve the sales pitch and practices of your team.
You follow our new services, products and prices and train your team.
You work closely with your team to identify new opportunities and develop targeted and creative qualification techniques.
You coordinate with the New Business funnel teams (Marketing, Business Developer, Sales Operations, Marketing...) to share customer acquisition strategy, best practices and processes for continuous improvement.
MANAGE a team in an international environment:
You know how to inspire, animate and create an efficient environment.
You are able to inspire, lead and create a high performance environment. You lead team life by instilling team cohesion and company values.
You are interested in monitoring and analyzing team performance metrics. You are responsible for tracking and monitoring the productivity of the team. You will ensure that all sales activity is recorded in Salesforce and identify areas for improvement.
You are in charge of the continuous support of the team: weekly update, training of the team, half-yearly evaluation etc. ....
You are in charge of developing and leading our business strategy with our Head of Sales around relevant and scalable best practices.
You like to audit and improve the technical stack dedicated to this team (Salesforce, Salesloft, Chilipiper...)
You will transmit appropriate reports to your manager and to the teams concerned.
Finally you will actively participate in the recruitment, onboarding and building of an elite Inside Sales team. From 2 to 5 people this year.
