Job Description

The main mission of the Universities department is to work alongside our Higher Education partners through the implementation, launch and day-to-day use of the Career Center by JobTeaser. The Career Center is an innovative and user-friendly career guidance platform integrated within the intranets of these institutions, enabling them to guide their students and graduates in their career development, prepare them for the world of work and help them discover their best way forward.

As the EMEA Partnerships Team Manager, you'll report to our Head of University Partnerships, and play a key role in guiding your team of Senior Success Managers to maintain successful partnerships with their portfolios across EMEA. Specifically, 'success' refers to the retention and satisfaction of the University Career Services, as well as the activation and engagement of their students and partner employers. In collaboration with the University Management, Support, Product and Marketing teams, you will be responsible for ensuring your team have the means to best support their partners and fulfil their objectives.

Main mission and objectives:

Secure the network of Universities
  • Implement the necessary processes for the team to be able to retain, support and monitor their partners, manage their portfolio, generate success and ROI
  • Ensure the service follow-up framework is well respected and followed by the team (such as the regularity of review meetings with partner establishments to present the developments of the platform, the Career Center statistics etc.)
  • Deliver on team KPIs (such as university partner retention, high NPS scores, high health scores etc.)
  • Develop solid relationships with key accounts
  • Support the implementation and launches of new university partnerships
  • Promote the activation of students and graduates across multiple international markets, in collaboration with Marketing

International Scope Ownership
  • Be an internal advocate and a leader of international topics
  • Support high-quality implementation of strategic developments across international markets
  • Ensure internal visibility of road blocks and challenges and mitigate risks
  • Be aware of potential competitors and take preventive measures to deepen our partnership with key universities
  • Follow international performance and track statistics on KPIs, such as registrations, usage, applications etc.

Impactful Team Management
  • Successful team management (recruitment, retention, satisfaction, performance, evolution etc.)
  • Anticipate workload and hiring needs
  • Coach & follow your team members' activity during weekly meetings and 1:1s, and help them with new operational & strategic topics
  • Protect the team spirit - our culture plays a huge part in our every day interactions!
  • Support training needs
  • Give internal visibility of the international team and highlight their successes


  • You have experience in Management or Team Leadership
  • You have relevant Customer Success or Account Management experience (preferably 3 years or more)
  • Customer oriented - our partners and students are at the heart of what we do
  • You have a passion for building consultative partnerships
  • Confident communicator - someone who is happy speaking at a senior management level (internally and externally)
  • Self-motivated with a high-energy spirit
  • Fast learner and multitasker - ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise tasks
  • Fluent in English (ability to speak French too is a huge plus, but not mandatory!)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (orally and written)
  • Understanding of students and the Higher Education industry
