Job Description

Nexthink is looking for a Senior Manager of Global Campaign Operations & Enablement to lead the campaign operations team, build out and support the customer journey and create the foundations of an enablement program for marketing.

Managing a small team of skilled Campaign Operations Specialists, and as a member of the Marketing Operations Leadership Team, you will work closely with all areas of Marketing to build and monitor programs in Marketo, evaluate success and identify areas for improvement while ensuring the compliance of our marketing efforts. This person will also be responsible for driving an enablement plan focused on change management, technical and process learning for the GoToMarket organizations, partnering closely with Sales Operations and Sales Productivity. This person will be extremely organized and goal-driven and be able to strategically prioritize the work coming in alongside the innovation projects underway. This position offers the opportunity to partner with a supportive, culture-first, and talented team of professionals with expertise across various technical platforms and strategic initiatives. 

Main functions:

  • Manage a team of Campaign Operations Specialists focused on building, QA and execution of programs in Marketo and Salesforce, monitoring for success and proactively suggesting improvements
  • Manage the global marketing calendar ensuring SLAs and proactive communication and the smooth transition of campaigns through the various GoToMarket teams in a highly visible position
  • Monitor and prioritize all tasks in Asana; work to align campaign ops specialists to marketing partners and the goals of the organization
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for all Global Campaigns 
  • Partner with Demand Generation team to build and optimize nurture programs 
  • Build reporting and analytics to provide insight into program health and opportunities with a keen eye on database health and hygiene
  • Responsible for the enablement of the efforts of the Revenue Marketing organization; manage the build, audit and updating of all enablement materials and proactively plan training
  • Manage an external Campaign Service Desk for overflow campaign builds
  • Proactively identify gaps and opportunities in campaign plans for optimization 
  • Handle high volume requests each week while delivering high-quality work 
  • Be a resource internally to help troubleshoot obstacles 
  • QA work done by team members 



  • Strong desire to lead and grow a team of highly skilled professionals, minimum 1-2 years of managing small teams required
  • The ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail 
  • A collaborative and proactive workstyle, willing to ask questions and consider alternative viewpoints; We are One Team

  • An ability to create and follow process specifications, including detailed QA 
  • 4+ years of experience working with a Marketing Automation Platform, Marketo strongly preferred, Marketo Certified Expert preferred
  • Experience working with CRM system, Salesforce preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication 
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
