We're looking for a growth-driven, customer-focused Field Marketing Manager for the Benelux & Nordics region to drive brand awareness, growth, and retention. This role requires a passion for results, strong collaboration skills, creativity, and openness to test and learn. The successful candidate      has experience in partnering with the direct sales team and partnership teams, an extensive B2B marketing background, and a deep understanding of the region with an international perspective. We need someone who can build relationships cross-functionally, understands the business quickly, and is an independent thinker and problem solver.

Your mission

  • Creating and executing a regionally impactful marketing strategy and plan that builds brand awareness while also generating and accelerating pipeline for the Benelux & Nordics region
  • Identifying and developing a deep understanding of our Benelux & Nordics buyer personas
  • Developing and executing a broad range of integrated marketing programs including brand, vertical, and account-based marketing campaigns to support regional sales objectives. This will include adaptions of global campaigns & the creation of campaigns specifically for Benelux & Nordics
  • Partnering with the corporate communication team to deliver integrated plans in the region in line with the local strategy. Ensure that we are telling the SoSafe story in a consistent voice
  • Delivering impactful customer experiences and engagements together with our global growth marketing and event teams
  • Being the voice of the Benelux & Nordics region for central marketing functions (e.g. brand, growthmarketing, content marketing, and product marketing) and collaborate to agree on priorities for the region 
  • Forecasting, measuring, analyzing and reporting campaign results to drive continuous improvement and seek to generate new global best practices through experimental efforts
  • Enabling sales teams with toolkits, templates, and campaign timelines to ensure alignment between outbound sales and inbound marketing efforts

Your profile

  • 5+ years B2B experience delivering and accelerating sales pipeline through field marketing
  • Experienced in brand execution, and growing brand awareness in the Benelux & Nordics region
  • Robust understanding of marketing to technology decision-makers 
  • Experience partnering with the direct sales team and partnership teams, ensuring optimal pipeline coverage, acceleration, and alignment
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated capabilities in campaign measurement, analyzing and interpreting data
  • Experienced with sales and marketing automation, such as HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Experience in steering and collaborating with corporate communications teams or PR agencies for Benelux & Nordics
  • Outstanding written communication and presentation skills – Dutch & English required (another EU language is a bonus)
