As Head of Communications, B2B you will report to the Director of Communications and be responsible for actively driving and executing global communications programs for B2B audiences. Working closely with the entire communications team, this role will be critical to establishing our overall brand positioning with Attractions, Suppliers, and Guides. You will work cross-functionally and collaboratively with the supply and marketing teams to lead media and communications strategies and targeted partner engagement initiatives in our core markets, ensure consistency in our business narratives and thereby significantly develop our brand awareness and positive perceptions within the industry and B2B media, as well as strengthen relationships with our B2B partners over the long term.
The Corporate Communications team at GetYourGuide is responsible for telling our stories of discovery, passion, innovation and growth to our various audiences across the world. Through crisp messaging and well-executed integrated communications, we engage and inspire experience creators, industry partners, institutions, government entities, shareholders and our entire passionate team.
We are looking for someone with extensive experience in developing and executing communications initiatives within the travel industry. And most importantly, we're looking for a passionate storyteller who can help us bring our brand to life in a B2B environment. This is the role for you if you're an experienced, hands-on, creative professional who knows how to successfully manage projects and programs cross-functionally and who, above all, enjoys working with a passionate team to sharpen the category of Travel Experiences and build long-term relationships with media and our supply partners.
1. Increase visibility and strengthen reputation:
Develop and execute successful B2B communication strategies with strong key messages working closely with the wider communications team.
Strengthen awareness of our global partnership programs and products through media and industry-facing initiatives that articulate our mission, business values and global position.
2. Establish strong media relations and supply engagement programs:
Collaborate with partners to develop joint media strategies and messaging to prepare for key partnership announcements and further story opportunities.
Develop new communication formats, events, channels and inhouse programs that will pay back to our partners and increase the attractiveness of working with GetYourGuide.

You will work with our global supply teams to deliver compelling and impactful communications advisory, and coach company spokespeople for industry events and on stage presentations. In doing so, you are the first point of contact for all B2B-related communications activities.
7+ years work experience in B2B communications
Strong experience working directly with journalists, editors, researchers, and other external stakeholders and partners
Strong organizational, problem-solving and project management skills with concrete examples of developing and executing successful communications strategies and campaigns
Exceptional listening, verbal and written communications skills in English, an additional language is a plus
Previous experience in global high growth companies (within the travel industry) is an advantage
