What we need…
YOOBIC is looking for an experienced and passionate Content Marketing Manager. You will spearhead the development and implementation of the overall content strategy. This includes building a content calendar, creating a writing process and delivery strategy, managing external writers, contributing to social media posts, and ultimately, crafting interesting and well-researched content that drives traffic and engages organic and paid visitors.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Demand Generation, the content marketing manager will be responsible for creating engaging content and assets to support the entire buyer's journey. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for the YOOBIC Demand Gen team.
What you'll do…
Push the business to adopt content creation best practices through frequent testing of new content formats and distribution channels
Mapping out a content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short- and long-term, determining which methods work for the brand and why. Continuous evolution of strategy is a must.
Produce high-quality content and assets including articles, white papers, blogs, press releases, email marketing messages, case studies, presentation content, survey reports and web copy to engage our target audience
Edit content produced by the campaign manager, including digital marketing collateral and email marketing messages
Build and maintain editorial calendar and written guidelines
Interact with product marketing, graphic designers and internal team members to create and review all content & ensure consistent messaging
Create content marketing plan across the customer lifecycle at demand creation stage, generating new business, during the sales cycle, and post-sales to retain and up-sell existing customers and increase referrals
Integration of content programs with brand campaigns to drive brand to demand
Measure and optimize the content creation consumption and effectiveness on an ongoing basis
Present and report to the management team on the content strategy, its execution, and results on a regular basis
Manage customer advocacy programs and drive customer engagement
What you have...
5+ years of B2B content marketing, product marketing
4+ years of experience in marketing a SaaS product, ideally in retail technology, mobile apps, L&D, or workplace management
Proficiency in SEO and Google Analytics required
Experience in creating various types of content such as ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, blogs, etc.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
An excellent writer and natural storyteller
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
