With the EGYM transformation towards a  Process Driven Organization we see Data as one of the important success factors. We are looking for data professionals who will support us with structuring our Data across multiple systems and processes such as Salesforce, SAP, Stripe and other internal applications.
As Data Steward / Data Quality Manager you are part of the Global Digital Operations team and work closely with Global Process Owners and Data Owners to increase understanding of the importance of the data across the fast growing organization and prepare us for further success and scalability.

  • You are responsible for the management, development and continuous improvement of our Data Catalog 
  • You design, develop, and implement scalable data quality standards and controls as well as a data governance model
  • You ensure our data is synchronized and accurate across multiple systems 
  • You identify data flows and make sure that data issues are fixed at the source
  • You coordinate data cleanup activities across all departments and systems
  • You act as a subject matter expert for all data related issues
Your fitness level
  • You have an analytical mindset combined with a high quality awareness
  • You are passionate about data and have an understanding of various data governance models 
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in data domain, especially in Master Data Management
  • You acquired knowledge of Data Lineage and Data Structures
  • You have experience in developing and maintaining Data Quality Standards and an enterprise-wide Data Catalog  
Your training goal for your first 6 months
  • You take full responsibility for our Data Catalog and are ready to bring it to next level 
  • You determine Data Quality Standards for agreed work packages of data fields, objects, assets
  • You define the respective Data Controls and coordinate with SF, SAP, Azure teams to implement them
  • You have built trusting relationships with your team and stakeholder through your open nature and are valued for collaboration
