We’re looking for a Salesforce Owner to join our Sales Operations team in Helsinki!

In this role, you will be owning our Salesforce Sales Cloud environment, the core of sales operations. You’ll work with the rest of the sales ops team to ensure our business vision and requirements are prioritized and fulfilled. You will also be working closely with our marketing, finance, and engineering teams to ensure our Salesforce is integrated to our other business critical solutions.
📝 Your day-to-day work and responsibilities will include:
Turn business needs into successful Salesforce implementations. Either by implementing them yourself or assigning them to other team members.
Managing our Salesforce roadmap and prioritizing items.
Work with different teams (e.g. Finance, Marketing & Customer Experience) to ensure our Salesforce supports stakeholders' processes and integrations.
Develop our Salesforce deployment lifecycle. From gathering requirements to testing and monitoring.
Ensuring we have processes and practices in place to ensure good data quality and hygiene.
💪 This role is for you if you have:
Experience and knowledge of Salesforce architecture and best practices to find the best solutions for our business requirements. (2+ years in Salesforce consultancy or similar roles in-house)
The drive to get your hands dirty and do configurations in Salesforce yourself. We don’t expect you to do code, but it would be great if you know when we should turn to Apex.
Relevant education background: Degree in business, engineering, or from a similar field. Certifications are not a must, but advanced admin, business analyst, or Sales Cloud Consultant certification will help.
Proactive and result-oriented attitude.
Experience with working in an international environment and fluent communication skills in English.
