Job description

Within the Customer Experience & Concierge team in Athens, he/she will be responsible for :

Customer management and support Le Collectionist:

  • Accompanying our clients in the organisation of their arrival and their tailor-made stay

  • Organization of events

  • Preparing quotations for services and experiences before and during the stay

  • Ensuring the smooth running of each stay

  • Editing client schedules

  • Ensuring that the local teams follow up on the support provided.

  • Personalising the customer welcome.

  • Building loyalty

Consolidation and development of the network of local partners

  • Management of existing partner relationships in several destinations.

  • Enriching the network of partners and the experience offer in existing destinations.

  • Development and opening of new destinations.

  • Writing guides and catalogues presenting destinations, services and experiences in several languages.


  • Complete management of client and service provider invoicing

  • Constant updating of concierge tools

  • Develop communication materials

  • Contribute to the improvement of existing processes with support for the implementation of new tools.

Preferred experience


  • Bac+3

  • Experience in Hotel industry

  • Business school sp

    • ecialising in luxury or event organisation


    • Sensitive to customer satisfaction and loyalty, with a sense of contact and the ability to build relationships easily;

    • Bilingual English and Greek

    • A taste for the luxury sector and a willingness to work with event logistics.

    • A real plus if you have a good knowledge of our international destinations

    • Between 2 and 5 years of professional experience

    • A strong commercial sense and a taste for sales

    • Driving licence

    Required qualities

    • Candidates with atypical profiles, with great facility to work in a team;

    • Sensitivity to the luxury sector and a willingness to deal with event logistics;

    • Strong interpersonal skills and autonomy;

    • Rigour, ability to prioritise and manage urgency

    • Versatile, creative, responsive, service-minded, efficient, empathetic and proactive.

    • Team player with a taste for training new teams.
