Job Description

The Demand Generation Specialist is responsible for executing and measuring multi-channel marketing campaigns to help us acquire, build, and close new pipeline.

We are looking for someone who has an understanding of optimized integrated marketing, strong analytical and presentation skills, detail oriented, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders. You’ll work cross-functionally to support and execute global marketing acquisition campaigns.

This role is expected to execute, monitor, analyze, and refine campaigns. The candidate should have a proven track record of supporting marketing campaigns and collaborating with internal stakeholders. It’s expected for this role to be the subject matter expert of their campaign tactics.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely within the marketing organization to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns and tactics for global new business acquisition
  • Provide the field teams information on tactic/leads generated and collect feedback on activity  
  • Manage and monitor multiple campaign tactics simultaneously and adjust as needed to optimize results
  • Own and optimize the email marketing strategy for prospect audience, including A/B testing to improve overall performance
  • Own and optimize the Drift strategy for the prospect audience. Regularly meet with our Drift CSM and work with the Sales Drift team users
  • Apply KPI’s, analytics and insights to better profile, target and re-target prospects, drive continual optimization of campaign performance
  • Develop and manage project plans to ensure smooth, on-time delivery of marketing campaigns / initiatives
  • Collaborate with operations, field, product, and other marketing stakeholders to ensure a cohesive creation, execution and testing/optimization strategy exists to increase engagement
  • Collaborate with creative and content team to develop effective marketing assets to support programs
  • Light, short-form copywriting support, utilizing best practices, with various short-form campaign tactics, including emails, abstracts, scripts, and similar tactics
  • Work with third party vendors to execute and own tactics such as webinars, content syndication, direct mail campaigns, and more

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B marketing, enterprise software preferred
  • Familiarity and comfort with tools within the marketing stack (such as Marketo, Salesforce, Drift, 6Sense, Pathfactory)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Curiosity and an appetite for learning quickly
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Collaborative nature
