What we need…

We are seeking a talented Technical Writer and Translator to join our product enablement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality and engaging content that helps our customers understand how to use and make the most out of YOOBIC services. This role involves writing articles, tutorials, user guides, and other content in English and translating it into French to ensure that our customers have access to the information they need in their preferred language. The candidate will work closely with the product team, customer support team, and other stakeholders to ensure that our help center provides a top-notch experience for our customers.



What you'll do…

  • Create high-quality help center articles, user guides, tutorials, and other content that explains how to use our product.

  • Translate content from English to French, ensuring that the meaning and tone of the content are accurately conveyed.

  • Collaborate with the product team and customer support team to understand new features and updates, and create content that explains these changes to customers.

  • Collaborate with the customer support team to understand common customer questions and pain points, and create content that addresses these needs.

  • Maintain a consistent tone and voice across all help center content, and ensure that content adheres to our brand guidelines and style guide.


What you have...

  • Bachelor's degree in Languages and Communications or a related field.

  • 1-2+ years of experience in technical writing, content creation, or a related field.

  • Fluent in English and French (any other language is a plus - especially Italian, Spanish, German)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content both in English and French.

  • A good understanding of complex technical concepts and the ability to present comprehensive, concise, accurate and useful information.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Familiarity with SaaS products and technology in general is a plus.

  • Passionate about start-ups, digital and new technologies
